We founded Bella by Tina Foy with one goal in mind: giving our customers a fair, rewarding, and enjoyable shopping experience. Shipping Policy

Orders are usually packed and ready to ship 24 to 48 hours after the order is placed.

A “business day” is considered to be Monday through Friday, excluding United States holidays.

Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to update once you receive a tracking number.

FedEx and UPS do not provide delivery service to PO Boxes. If you are having an order shipped to a PO Box please select accordingly, so that the package is not delayed and/or returned.
Returns/Exchanges
Products must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date; sealed, unopened, and in re-sellable condition in order to receive an exchange, store credit, or refund. Customer to cover return cost. All sales are final after 14 days. All Gift Certificates and Gift Card sales are final and non-refundable.
If products are damaged during delivery you must e-mail customer service immediately (within 24 hours of delivery) with photos and/or video of damaged products and boxes for exchange or full refund.
When you return your unopened purchase to Bella By Tina Foy by mail within 14 days of the purchase date, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method for the price of the item(s).
Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns or issue refunds after 14 days.
